(dissenting) :

Under my view of this case the testimony of the witness, Barney Fields, held in the leading opinion to be incompe*359tent, under the facts and circumstances of the case, was not objectionable, and certainly furnished no basis for a reversal of the judgment in the lower Court. I think the judgment of the lower Court should be affirmed. I, therefore, most respectfully dissent from the opinion reversing the judgment. •
