On August 29, 1980, the court awarded attorneys’ fees to I. S. Weissbrodt, the attorney of record, for himself and on behalf of all other attorneys having an interest in the fee, of $900,000, to be paid out of the final judgment of $9,000,000 entered by this court on July 18,1980.
