On April 9, 1982, the court entered judgment for plaintiff, based on a stipulation of the parties, in the amount of $155,046.89, of which $8,708.89 was to be credited to *1061plaintiffs Civil Service Retirement Fund, and the balance of $146,338 to be paid to plaintiff.
