                          February 21, 1996
Before DAVIS, BARKSDALE, and DeMOSS, Circuit Judges.

PER CURIAM:*

Ronald Murray appeals his conviction for possession of a

firearm by a convicted felon, arguing that 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1)

is unconstitutional on its face and as applied. We have reviewed

the record and find no plain error. United States v. Calverley,

37 F.3d 160, 162-64 (5th Cir. 1994) (en banc), cert. denied, 115

S. Ct. 1266 (1995).

     AFFIRMED.
