In re Disbarment of Gately

It is Ordered that John H. Gately, of Colorado Springs, Colorado, be suspended from the practice of the law in this Court and that a rule issue, returnable within forty days, requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred from the practice of the law in this Court.
