I concur in the result. But, like my Brother Douglas, I emphasize that today’s disposition in no way implies that Sinclair Refining Co. v. Atkinson, 370 U. S. 195, *77determines the applicability of the Norris-LaGuardia Act to an equitable decree carefully fashioned to enforce the award of an arbitrator authorized by the parties to make final and binding interpretations of the collective bargaining agreement.
