I concur in the result and in the opinion of the court.
So far as reading to the jury, thus admitting into evidence, a transcript of a tape recording of a conversation, I continue my opposition to the circuit rule admitting such. See United States v. Soc’y of Indep. Gasoline Marketers of America, 624 F.2d 461, 474-75 (4th Cir.1979).
