¶35 For the reasons which I expressed in my concurrence and dissent in In re Marriage of Bee, 2002 MT 49, ¶¶ 52-60, 309 Mont. 34, ¶¶ 52-60, 43 P.3d 903, ¶¶ 52-60, I join Justice Cotter’s dissent as to Issue 5. I concur in Issues 1 through 4.
