[¶ 34] I have previously expressed my disagreement with Stout v. Stout, 1997 ND 61, ¶¶ 60-69, 560 N.W.2d 903 (Sandstrom, J., dissenting).
[¶ 35] Some might interpret the majority opinion to condone imputing improper mo*573tives to the non-custodial parent merely because the non-custodial parent objects to immoral or unsafe activity in the custodial parent’s home. That is not my understanding of the majority’s intent.
