[¶ 22.] I dissent for all of the reasons expressed in the writing of Justice Meier-henry. This search warrant should have been confined to vehicles used, owned or possessed by Joshua and Nick. Clearly, it should not include a passenger in a vehicle which temporarily parks in the driveway. In addition, this passenger is a stranger to the crime and clearly has standing to challenge the Fourth Amendment violation occurring here.
