(concurring in the result). I agree that whatever the expression "lewd, wanton and lascivious persons in speech or behavior” in G. L. c. 272, § 53, may mean, it refers to something public, and hence does not reach the facts of the present case. But for the rest, I have considerable difficulty trying to describe in positive terms where the prosthetic effort of the court now leaves us as to the content of the quoted expression, and I prefer, therefore, to reserve my opinion on the question of constitutionality.
