Spaeth, J.:I agree that the order of suppression should be reversed. The evidence is admissible because the search was reasonable under the circumstances and therefore not in violation of the Fourth Amendment. Cf. Adams v. Williams, 407 U.S. 143 (1972). Given this, it is not necessary to reach the question of whether the school official was acting as a private citizen or as an officer of the government.
