State v. Stephens

Brachtenbach, J.

(concurring) — I concur in the result but still contend that the result in State v. Arndt, 87 Wn.2d 374, 553 P.2d 1328 (1976) is not and should not be the law. A defendant is entitled to a unanimous verdict as to whether he or she committed the crime in one of the manners charged. See dissent in State v. Arndt, supra at 387.
