I concur in results for the same reasons I concurred in results in Conover v. State, 942 P.2d 229, (Okl.Cr.1997). As in Conover, I do not see anything that would cause me to vote for a reversal even when I examine the case in the light of my interpretation of the new version of 22 O.S.Suppl995 § 1089.
