I dissent. In my opinion the evidence is sufficient to sustain the findings of the trial court. In Estate of Cove?', cited in the majority opinion, the trial court found that the agreement between the husband and the wife was brought about by undue influence, and the reviewing court held that the evidence was sufficient to sustain the findings. In the ease now before us the findings are in favor of respondents.
