dissenting in part. I dissent from the judgments of affirmance and from the rulings in Divisions 6, 8, 11, 14, 21 and 23 of the opinion. As to the admission of evidence of similar crimes, dealt with in Division 8, if there is a case or cases wherein this court has held that such evidence is admissible without proof of a conviction of the defendant of such crime it or they should be expressly overruled.
