People v. Conley

McCOMB, J.

I dissent. In my opinion there was no prejudicial error. Therefore, pursuant to the mandate of article VI, section 4½, of the Constitution of the State of California, the alleged error should be disregarded and the judgment affirmed.

Respondent’s petition for a rehearing was denied April 27, 1966, and the opinion was modified to read as printed above. McComb, J., Mosk, J., and Burke, J., were of the opinion that the petition should be granted.
