(concurring in part and dissenting in part). I agree with the majority’s determination that this matter be remanded for resentencing under People v Milbourn, 435 Mich 630; 461 NW2d 1 (1990).

However, I disagree with the majority’s conclusion that, in imposing sentences, sentencing courts are precluded from considering juvenile adjudications obtained without benefit of counsel, and I would hold otherwise.
