Notwithstanding my dissent in Allstate Insurance Co. v. United States Fidelity and Guaranty Co.,1 I now recognize the law to be that if one opts to provide a policy of insurance2 to satisfy the security requirements for the registration of a motor vehicle,3 that the policy of insurance so provided must meet the further requirements of the Safety Responsibility Act.4
