I dissent.
I believe that under any rule of law that Instruction “0” relating to the testimony of three witnesses as to the law abiding reputation of the defendant, despite the majority opinion should have been given the jury. The defendant was entitled' as a matter of legal right to this instruction or some modification of it, which was not done.
