Concurring Statement by
FORD ELLIOTT, Judge:I join in the majority’s disposition of the Rule 1100, sufficiency of evidence and sentencing claims presented by appellant. However, I concur in their resolution of appellant’s ineffectiveness claim in that I would find no ineffectiveness based solely on a determination that appellant’s trial counsel had a reasonable basis designed to effectuate his client’s interests.
