I adhere to the views expressed in the concurring and dissenting opinion in Evans v. State, 304 Md. at 539, 499 A.2d 1261. I recognize, however, that this Court has fully considered the issues and that no useful purpose would be served by reconsideration. I therefore concur in the deei*320sion to deny the motions for reconsideration in Evans and Huffington.
