Castaldi v. CASTALDI-VELORIC

CONCURRING STATEMENT BY

McEWEN, P.J.E.:

¶ 1 Since the Opinion of the majority reveals a thorough analysis and presents a perceptive expression of rationale, I hasten to join in the decision of the majority. I ■write separately only to state that, to my mind, it seems rather clear that mother’s failure to respond to the inquiries of the Domestic Relations Office relating to the child’s emancipation should not result in a windfall to father, where, as perceptively concluded by the learned Judge Michael *912F.X. Coll, the child was entitled to support payments until her graduation.
