On Motion for Rehearing.
Upon further consideration of this ease we have concluded that on account of the state of the evidence the judgment of the trial court should be reversed and the cause remanded for another trial; and the judgment heretofore rendered reversing and rendering the ease will be modified and the cause remanded.
