On Motion for Rehearing.
Appellant did not present propositions under assignments of error numbered, third, •eighth, ninth, tenth, eleventh, twelfth, thirteenth, fourteenth, fifteenth, eighteenth, nineteenth, twenty-first, twenty-second, twenty-third, and twenty-fourth, and consequently those assignments were abandoned, but they are made the basis of complaint in the ipotion for rehearing. Of course they will not be considered. The assignments of error presented in the brief are: 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 16, 17, 20, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, and 30. They- were fully considered in the opinion of this court, and nothing has been presented‘to change the views of the court.
The motion for rehearing is overruled.
