PER CURIAM: Appellant appeals the district court's order denying his motion for disclosure of a grand jury concurrence form. We have reviewed the record and the district court's opinion and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. United States v. Jones, No. CR-93-285 (D.S.C. Oct. 3, 1996). We deny Appellant's motions for extraordinary relief and for appointment of counsel. We dispense with oral argument be- cause the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the deci- sional process. AFFIRMED 2
