PER CURIAM: Appellant appeals the district court’s order dismissing er civil action for failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted and denying her motion for reconsideration. We have reviewed the record and the district court’s orders and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. McMahon v. Adams, No. CA-97-143-3 (N.D.W. Va. Jan. 8 & Feb. 6, 1998). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process. AFFIRMED 2
