See Local Rule 36(c). PER CURIAM: Appellant appeals the district court’s order denying his mo- tion for the production of transcripts and other court records. We have reviewed the record and the district court’s opinion and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. United States v. Wells, Nos. CR-93-378-A; CA-96- 1274-AM (E.D. Va. May 14, 1998). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the deci- sional process. AFFIRMED 2
