The petition for certiorari to the Court of Appeals, by Locklear, appellant in the cause of the state against him, was filed November 24, 1920. The Court of Appeals had overruled his application for rehearing on November 9, 1920.87 So. 708.1 No brief was filed with the petition as required by rule 42 of Supreme Court Practice (198 Ala. xiv, xv, 77 South. vii).
Petition dismissed.
