Jones v. Forest Oil Co.

Per Curiam,

Though this particular question is somewhat of a novelty the principles which control it are very familiar and perfectly well settled. They are well expressed in the opinion of the learned court below and on the findings of fact and conclusions of law there contained we affirm the decree.
