Per Curiam,
In the opinion of the majority of the court the decree of the Superior Court should be affirmed for the reasons stated in the opinion of Judge Morrison, reported in Long’s Est., 39 Pa. Superior Ct. 323.
The decree is affirmed at the cost of the appellant.
