Mr. Chibe Justice Gordon:An examination of the charge and rulings of the court below satisfies us that there is nothing erroneous in them.
The case was so well tried, and the law governing it so correctly and clearly stated, that nothing is left for us but to concur in the judgment.
The judgment is affirmed.
