Per Curiam:

We see nothing in the arrangement contrary to public policy. It was not made for the purpose of injuring other creditors nor to deter them from bidding. Such was not its effect. There was neither actual nor legal fraud in the transaction. The end to bo accomplished was lawful.

Judgment affirmed.
