This record discloses no substantial error in any of the learned court’s rulings, findings of fact or conclusions of law drawn therefrom. There appears to be nothing in either of the speci* fications that requires discussion.

The decree is affirmed on the opinion of the learned president of the 81st judicial district, who specially presided at the trial, and the appeal is dismissed at appellant’s costs.
