The statute here in question appears to make no provision for an appeal to this court in cases of this character. I do not consider the order here entered was such a final decree of the equity court as to come within the influence of section 2837 of the Code. An appeal is a matter of statutory creation, and, entertaining the view that there is no statute authorizing an appeal, I think the appeal should be dismissed.
