No question is presented in the record or brief of counsel touching any lien on the proceeds of the cotton, but the foregoing decision is rested upon a consideration of the same as here presented, relating to a destruction of the lien on the cotton and confined thereto. We are not persuaded there is error in the opinion, and the application for rehearing will be denied.
