Stone v. State Ex Rel. Freeland

The controlling question in this appeal is as to the validity of section 2699 of the Code of 1923. Being in doubt as to this question, this court, acting under the statutes in such cases made and provided, propounded to the Supreme Court the inquiry as to the validity of the above statute, to which was the following reply:
