In this case I have not only read and studied the briefs, but have also read every word in the entire transcript. I reach the conclusion that the evidence does not show that the Chancery Court was in error. A lengthy statement, showing my reasons, would serve no useful purpose. But I respectfully dissent from the opinion of the majority.
