I concur in the judgment. I am of the opinion that it should here be held that there was a sufficient presentation of the mortgage claim against the estate of Luis Raggio, deceased, to save the rights of the mortgagee, and that it was not necessary to present any claim against the estate of Maria Ynezia Raggio.
