There is a difference between the members of the Court which goes deeper than a mere matter of procedure. It goes to the affirmance or reversal of a money judgment, which we originally reversed and held could not have been validly rendered against Pasco. We denied a rehearing. Third parties acquired rights relying on our apparent final action. I think we should return to and stand by our original opinion and decision.
