I concur in the majority opinion in so far as it affirms the setting aside of the mortgage to Core, but I dissent from the conclusion reached that the conveyance to the Chicago Title and Trust Company, and by it to the defendants Bloom, Buehler and Gladys V. Bloom, should likewise be vacated. The conveyance to these three defendants should be sustained as a mortgage on the premises to the amount of the respective claims of such three defendants. *Page 289
