Because the plaintiff testified that, when he was awakened and got off the train, he supposed he was getting off at the station of Vermilion, I agree that the court erred in directing a verdict for the defendant; but I do not concur in some of the discussion contained in the opinion, particularly that portion which pertains to the duty of the railroad company to a passenger riding in a day coach.
