I dissent from the majority opinion for two reasons. First, because I think the appellant paid the money sued for under duress; and second, because it was written thousands of years ago, that he who exacts more than the law allows is a tyrant, and it is now too late for me to endorse an act that was placed under the ban of the moral, if not the civil, law, during the remote antiquity.
