The foregoing opinion of SPERRY, C., is adopted as the opinion of the court. The judgment is reversed and the cause remanded with directions to the trial court to set aside the original judgment, in so far as the same denied petitioner a preference on its claim hrein, and to enter up a judgment allowing the same as a preferred claim. All concur.
