Paschal v. State

I believe the judgment ought to be reversed, and mention one question specially, that is, a charge ought to have been given submitting the issue of assault with intent to murder. The evidence, in my judgment, is not sufficiently strong to exclude the idea that the deceased may have died from causes other than the assault by defendant. I do not care to write at length.
