The only issue presented for our consideration in this case is as to whether the evidence is sufficient to sustain the judgment of the court. It would serve no useful purpose for us to set forth this evidence. A careful examination of the record has led us to the conclusion that the judgment of the court is sustained by the evidence, for which reason the same is affirmed. Affirmed.
