In my opinion, appellants are entitled to have the fund in question retained in the custody of the court until the matters in litigation between the parties are finally adjusted by payment, or the entry of judgments upon which the dividend can be credited, or a determination that appellants are not liable. I therefore dissent from the conclusion reached by the majority upon the last question discussed in the foregoing opinion.
