City Manager of the City of San Antonio, on Behalf of the San Antonio
Planning Commission, recover her costs of this appeal, if any, from appellant
Rudy Neira.
WHEREFORE, WE COMMAND YOU to observe the order of our said Court of Appeals for the Fourth
