BUDELMANN, DISTRICT ATTORNEY, AUBURN (ROMOLO CANZANO OF COUNSEL), FOR RESPONDENT. Appeal from a judgment of the Cayuga County Court (Stephen R. Sirkin, A.J.), rendered October 14, 2009.
