The district court1 dismissed the action without prejudice for lack of subject matter jurisdiction, and the Montileauxs now appeal. After careful review of the record and the parties’ arguments on appeal, we conclude that dismissal was proper for the reasons explained by the district court. See Buckler v. United States, 919 F.3d 1038, 1044 (8th Cir. 2019) (standard of review). Accordingly, we affirm. See 8th Cir. R. 47B. ______________________________ 1 The Honorable Karen E.
